Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective or leaking.
Return Request
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Clear photos of the product and package
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Policy
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped whenever possible.
- If a replacement is unavailable, your payment will be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional offers, unless received damaged or incorrect.
